He has experience on yachts from 24 up to 75 meters: Stella Maris 75m, SARASTAR 60m, Deep BVLUE 44m, S/Y GIGRECA 24m, M/Y Flying Dagger 50m. He is Italian and speaks English and basic Spanish. Captain Paolo is very passionate about the sea and his work, and is ready to welcome Charterers on board PAOLUCCI.

Lelio has been on board PAOLUCCI since April 2023. He has a Second Class Naval Mechanic qualification, and numerous years of experience on Yachts from 35 to 43 meters: KOS 40m, SIRAHMY 43m, C-SIDE 35m. He is Italian and speaks English and Spanish. He loves being at sea and is passionate about everything with a motor!

Marco has been on board since May 2019! He has had great success with charterers for the last 4 seasons! Marco has a diploma in Hotel school and has developed strong culinary Skills. Marco loves to cook Italian, Mediterranean, Fusion meals and is an expert at preparing Gluten Free and Vegan options. During the charter, Marco ensures fresh bread, focaccia, pastries, cold cuts and cheeses are prepared on board. His experience varies on board Yachts from 86m to 47m: SIGNORA DEL VENDO 86m, NATIVA 50m, OUT 47m. He is Italian and speaks English and basic French.

Paola has worked on board since April 2022. She has a diploma in Accounting and has a qualification as a Commercial Expert. She has obtained her SILVER SERVICE course and is very attentive to detail. Paola loves pampering charter guests! She has experience on yachts from 35m to 53m: ANTARES STAR 35, CERVINO 35, SOPHIE BLUE 43m, OUT 53m. She is Italian and speaks basic English and French. She loves the sea and animals and being in touch with nature!

Daniele has been on board PAOLUCCI since April 2022. He started his career obtaining a LIFEGUARD LICENCE, and quickly moved in to the yachting industry. He has experience on yachts from 35m to 40m: S/Y EIELAN 30m, S/Y AGLAIA 28m, S/Y HELIOS 30m.
He is Italian and speaks English, basic French, fluent Spanish and Portuguese. He is very passionate about the sea and the mountains!
