These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of luxcoyachts.com (the "Site") operated by Luxco Yachts LLC ("Luxco Yachts", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site and submit an inquiry.
3. Inquiries, availability and pricing
Information on the Site, including vessels, destinations, availability and indicative pricing, is provided for general guidance and may change without notice. Any quote is an estimate and is not binding until confirmed in writing by the relevant owner or operator. Availability is subject to confirmation.
4. Bookings, payments, cancellations and refunds
Charter terms — including payment, deposits, cancellation, refunds, insurance, itinerary, crew and onboard policies — are set by the independent owner or operator and form part of the contract between you and them. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms. Luxco Yachts is not a party to that contract and does not collect charter payments on the owner's behalf unless expressly stated.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current and complete information;
- Use the Site lawfully and not for any fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- Comply with the owner's/operator's rules and with applicable maritime, customs and local laws during any charter.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that listings, availability or pricing are accurate or current. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, conduct, safety, seaworthiness or performance of any yacht, owner, operator or crew.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxco Yachts LLC and its members, officers and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or from any charter arranged through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxco Yachts LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or any charter you enter into with an owner or operator.
9. Intellectual property
The Site and its content (excluding third-party marks) are owned by or licensed to Luxco Yachts LLC and are protected by applicable laws. All trademarks, vessel names and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
10. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
