Dan has been on board MEME for over 10 seasons as Captain and has a further 6 years’ experience as Captain on other similar sized yachts. He has a passion for the sea both under it as a Padi dive instructor and on the surface sailing and cruising. He has wide knowledge of cruising in Corsica, Northern Sardinia and the French coastline having been sailing here since 2007. He enjoys watersports and showing guests on MEME the calm, quiet daily lifestyle afforded on board a yacht in the Mediterranean.

Henry joins MEME with experience in sailing and motor yachts having worked in the Mediterranean and Caribbean previously. He comes from a yachting family so the ocean was always going to be a part of his future. He is an avid sportsmen having played rugby and cricket at school to a high level.

Catherine has come from a background in teaching in England. Having worked in primary schools for a number of years she decided on a career change and has started a yachting journey on MEME. She calls on her good experience in the service and housekeeping industry which will hold her in good stead working in the maritime sector. She is friendly and smart, enjoys playing games and loves children!!

Tom brings a wealth of experience in Swiss chalets and restaurants around the world. He has worked previously in multiple Michelin star establishments which have helped him become and very well rounded and knowledgeable chef. His career has taken him to New Zealand where he was able to work in a Three Hat restaurant. He loves food and his passion for cooking and being in the galley really shines through.
